Zoraya Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Zoraya, published by REZA FOROUGHI. By downloading or using Zoraya, you agree to these terms and the applicable app store's terms.

Entertainment and reflection only

Zoraya combines numerology, planetary weekday traditions, lunar cycles, cultural calendars, and deterministic software calculations to create personal timing content. These systems are cultural and reflective traditions, not scientifically validated methods for predicting outcomes.

Zoraya does not provide financial, investment, trading, gambling, legal, medical, mental-health, emergency, or safety advice. Do not use Zoraya to make or time such decisions. Do not rely on any score, Power Window, Best Use, Avoid, matching result, forecast, proverb, or notification as a guarantee. Outcomes are not guaranteed.

User responsibility

You remain responsible for checking facts, using qualified professionals where appropriate, obeying applicable laws, and making independent decisions. Never spend, invest, wager, travel, sign, stop treatment, or take a safety risk because of a Zoraya reading.

Purchases and subscriptions

The app may require a paid download. Zoraya Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks features described on the purchase screen.

• Prices, billing period, taxes, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before purchase.
• A trial is available only when the store purchase sheet confirms eligibility and exact duration.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the Apple or Google account settings before the renewal deadline shown by the store.
• Deleting Zoraya does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the applicable store's rules and local consumer law.
• Restore Purchases can restore eligible entitlements associated with the store account.

For iOS distribution, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a different agreement is presented in App Store Connect.

Referral program

Referral eligibility and rewards depend on verified qualifying purchases, store availability, program rules, and fraud-prevention checks. Trials do not qualify until they convert to a verified paid subscription. Referral codes and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be withheld or reversed for duplicate, self-referred, abusive, or fraudulent activity. The referral program may be changed, suspended, or ended where permitted by law.

Permissions and sharing

Location, calendar, and notification access are optional. You are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it. Do not share another person's private information without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass paid access, interfere with operation, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use Zoraya for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.

Availability and changes

Features, content, supported devices, and prices may change. The publisher does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be limited for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or store requirements.

Intellectual property

The Zoraya name, original interface, software, and original content belong to the publisher or its licensors. Traditional proverbs and attributed quotations are presented for educational and reflective context; corrections can be requested through support.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zoraya is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or results. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits or opportunities; or decisions made in reliance on Zoraya content. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

Consumer rights and governing terms

These terms are governed by laws applicable to the publisher and your use of the app, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights available in your country or region. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
